Irwindale Raceway, 1965

The Kirsch family Ford Thames 300E A/G at Irwindale Raceway, southern California. Note the front number plate; the owner actually drove it to the dragstrip to race, I believe 427 Chevy powered. Neat funny car-like flip body too and I love the high rider (not gasser) stance, due to the straight tube front axle.
Who's gonna build a modern replica? Please?
